County Executive MaryEllen Odell will be giving the 2018 Budget Address on Thursday, Oct. 5 at Putnam County Golf Course, 187 Hill Street, Mahopac, NY 10541. The Putnam County Market Place will begin at 5:30 p.m. The budget presentation will start at 7 p.m.
