County Executive MaryEllen Odell reaffirmed her commitment to the residents of Putnam County during her inauguration speech during the swearing-in ceremony hosted by the Putnam County Legislature at the historic courthouse on Wednesday, Dec. 31. She took her Oath of Office earlier in the day surrounded by her family and friends in a private ceremony.
