Putnam County Executive MaryEllen Odell’s view on the need to reduce redundancy by sharing resources, is not just talk. Odell, who is running for re-election as county executive, will be sharing a campaign office in Mahopac with fellow Republican candidates Dr. Nan Hayworth, Rob Astorino and Dr. Terrence Murphy who looking to represent the people in Putnam as a congresswoman, governor and state senator, respectively. The quartet will be hosting a Grand Opening Celebration at the new campaign headquarters, located at 914 South Lake Blvd. in Mahopac. The fun begins at 6 p.m.
“Saving money was an added bonus to sharing the campaign space,” said Odell. “I respect and admire Nan, Rob and Terrence. We all hold the same values and the same vision for the future of Putnam, New York State and the country as a whole. By having our campaigns working together we can share ideas, resources and volunteers.
Everyone is invited to attend the Grand Opening. Hayworth, Astorino, Murphy and Odell will all be on hand and are looking forward to welcoming the community.
