You do not need to share the same beliefs with someone to appreciate their commitment to public service. Governor Mario Cuomo was a public servant. He devoted his life to all New Yorkers and instilled that commitment to his children. His legacy will live on in the countless number of people he touched. My thoughts and prayers go out to his family and friends.
